The Institute for the Study of Knowledge Management in Education (ISKME) is incorporated in the State of California as a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation.

ISKME seeks near-term and long-term funding from government agencies, public and private foundations, corporate sponsorships, and individuals for research, program support, and community development.
