The Greek Research & Technology Network (GRNET S.A.), the e-Business Forum, and the Greek Open Source community organise the 3rd Free / Libre / Open Source Software (FLOSS) Conference, taking place on May 27th & 28th 2008, in the National Technical University (NTUA) of Athens, in Greece.

The conference brings together professionals, academics, practitioners, and users of FLOSS. High profile speakers, like Wietse Venema (Postfix), Jim Blandy (SVN), John Eaton (Octave), Mathias Bauer (Open Office), Pieter Hintjens (iMatix / ESOMA / Digistan), Lisa Petrides (ISKME), Luca Deri (ntop), Barbara Held (IDABC), Mats Ostling (SALAR) και Jan H. Wildeboar (RedHat) will participate and present their work. Moreover, there will be community sessions, where developers will share their views and exchange their experience.

The agenda will be structured around the following topics:

  • FLOSS infrastructures for Software Development
