How can teachers find and adapt free, open and useful educational resources to enhance their school’s curriculum? In an interactive, hands-on session, participants will explore Open Education Resources (OER), which are teaching and learning materials that are free to use and reuse for educational purposes. Using OER Commons www.oercommons.org, we will demonstrate how to identify and modify relevant resources, and present the benefits of teacher collaboration with our case studies.
The use of Open Education Resources (OER) is impacting teachers and learners worldwide. In a hands-on session, participants learn how to use, modify, and create OER to enhance their school’s curriculum.
