Presenters

Lisa Petrides
Amee Evans Godwin

Abstract
OER Commons is a content network created for educators, students, and self-learners to engage with teaching and learning materials that are freely available online. This session will introduce concepts, terminology, and interaction models around OER, or Open Educational Resources. Beyond presenting the growing trends in the use and re-use of open content, we will address pragmatic considerations for instructors to incorporate OER in the classroom and the emerging options for individualizing teaching and learning materials.
