Job Description

ISKME is looking for a part-time Accounting Assistant whose core skill is accounting, accounting transactions, and conducting daily invoicing and contracts-related administrative tasks. Responsible for recording incoming bills, coordinating payment approvals, creating client invoices based on contract budgets, contracts process flow, and other administrative duties as assigned. Nonprofit experience is desired.

Requirements and Experience

  • Associates Degree or higher;
  • 2+ years accounting experience; preferably one who has worked in a nonprofit setting;
  • Accounts receivable and accounts payable transactions;
  • Experience with QuickBooks, MS Office, Google Docs, and productivity tools;
  • Cost and project accounting experience
  • Excellent writing and presentation ability, and critical thinking skills.
