Founding ISKME
The Institute for the Study of Knowledge Management in Education (ISKME) was founded in response to the pressing need for research and resources that could shed light on a number of internal and external challenges that impede the use of data to inform practice within education institutions. ISKME, a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation was founded by Dr. Lisa Petrides, an education expert and former professor at Columbia University. ISKME works with a team of researchers and practitioners across the country who have the skills, experience, and expertise appropriate to each project that ISKME undertakes.
