To meet the needs of its rapidly growing student population, the government of Uganda has

adopted Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) as a central part of its strategy for

curriculum development and dissemination. The goals of the CurriculumNet Project are to develop, test,

and integrate ICT-based instructional materials and teaching into existing Ugandan curricula. This case

study presents key practices and learnings from the CurriculumNet project’s collaborative curriculum

development process, as well as the opportunities and challenges faced by the project overall. Through

analysis of the project’s internal documentation, as well as interviews with the CurriculumNet project
